Cité de l’Automobile, Musée national de l’automobile, Collection Schlumpf is an automobile museum located in Mulhouse, France, and built around the Schlumpf Collection of classic automobiles.

It has the largest displayed collection of automobiles and contains the largest and most comprehensive collection of Bugatti motor vehicles in the world.

In this service design project, we hope to add the museum's user experience through AR&VR technology. We find pain points through interviews, stakeholder analysis, business model analysis, and create a customer experience journey map for in-depth exploration and planning.

Ultimately, the entire service is designed to integrate the AR experience with the navigation app and the VR technology driving experience area to integrate the overall museum navigation experience.
